GETTING YOUR MIND RIGHT!

When your mind gets all "messy" from this world we live in, to where you can't sleep well, or your "clutter" keeps you distracted (and perhaps unhappy) a lot, I suggest you find that one thing that takes it away and DO IT.
Whatever you do, do not let the messes we all deal with ruin any more of your days than you can help. Take care of yourself; take care of your mind and your health.
For me, it's outside.
