BUY FROM BUSINESSES ON THE LAND USE TEAM

Land use means keeping our trails open and our sports alive. When you spend your OHV/off-pavement money, spend it with a business that SUPPORTS the SPORTS. Period. 

Do the homework; check "under the hood" of their website.

Get on your "creeper" and check around to see where they support the sport like with donations to raffles; joining organizations (that's some times a hard one as there are so many); making significant donations to land use organizations; and being part of the team like those businesses represented in landuse groups on the social networks.

We should not get mad at a business that does not belong to your organization or my organization or whatever; but if they are not supporting some event, some club, some organization at the best level they can afford, then they are not helping FIX land use.

And if that is the case, and you cannot convince them otherwise, DO NOT BUY from them if you want to save outdoor motorized sports.

Farmington, NM: Glad Run; Choke Cherry: Glade Run Recreation Area contains many serious 4x4 areas, including Choke Cherry, and it's Loren Healy's backyardBlueRibbon Coalition Home Page (Loren is the Current King of the Hammers). The BLM came up with two plans for the area that would mark trails and put existing ones on the map. Now they are coming up with Alternative maps that do not make much sense and do not match up with what the locals think should be done. We need LETTERS from you, please.

Businesses that otherwise might be in competition team up often to help out in land use and access, such as with event raffles. In our case, the Albright Jeep, also known as the Land Use War Machine, is being sponsored by two dozen off-road businesses for products and buildups, as well as gas money and BlueRibbon Coalition support.

For 2010 Easter Jeep Safari, GenRight is leading the charge with a "premier level" donation to BlueRibbon Coalition to ensure we can do our trail-saving job for a week in Moab. It's all about access!

Sponsor/Supporter Highlight -- Nemesis Industries

Nemesis Industries is helping land use and access, as well as BlueRibbon Coalition, and I wanted to give you some insight into their company.  They are in Engelwood, CO, but quickly building a national reputation.  They also supported the BlueRibbon Coalition Christmas Auction with big time stuff.  Great folks, too, I might add. We wheeled with them in southern UT at Soutwhest Crawlfest just recently.  They test their products on the trail for sure. :)
