  Virginia City, NV is the famous Comstock Lode country that basically provided the silver load to build San Francisco. Bad guys, marshals, bankers, outlaws, and gun fighters still roam the streets of Virginia City, NV . The Silent Riders put on shows and carry on the tradition of preserving the history of this old mining town. Stacy Wentland and I love it when history comes alive with the stories of how our country was formed and founded. Yes, open carry in Nevada is allowed. Yes, some of the guns are real. But obviously, any of the gun fighting shows are done without real bullets.  The American Sand Association is developing a guide to the 30 x 30 plan, which is a nicely couched land grab in my opinion -- again! 30% of this duning spot could be locked up, protected, closed as the 30x30 plan progresses. This will apply to possibly all motorized recreation areas.
